What we provide

Live Events

Whether your needs are big, small, or somewhere in between, we will help you plan and execute your live event. From helping you design your ‘Day of look’, securing permissions for routes and locations, and retaining third party vendors to work with, we will assist you each step of the way

Operational Management

Need help running the event? We will create an event timeline, complete with staffing assignments, while coordinating pre-event supply delivery, transportation, event load in / load out, and post event supply inventory and restocking. This will allow you to track known expenses and anticipate upcoming expenditures.

Budget Tracking

If you have an existing  budget process to track expenses or are looking for a proven and reliable template, we’ve got you covered. We will integrate your existing expense codes and descriptions into our budget tracker for your use, or design a custom tracking sheet specifically for your event.

Staff and Team Oversight

Having the right people in the right place is critical for your events to run successfully and efficiently. We will work with you to make sure that your team’s skillsets are utilized in the most effective manner and where they make the most sense. We will also perform a pre-event evaluation in order to get an accurate scope of how it has run in the past.

As your organization makes the transition back to holding live events, we  can assure you that the safety of you and your clients is at the top of our list as well. From hand sanitizing and hand washing stations, certified portable restrooms, gloves, masks, and crowd separators, we will provide everything to make your event as safe and memorable as possible.

With over 12 years in fundraising event production, Sudbury Event Production has the necessary skillsets to meet your organization's operational and event management needs. Our Team has managed over 1000 events, from intimate 200 person walks, to 2000 rider bike rides, spanning multiple states.
